What we do

Hand over one process in your business. We build an AI agent for it with you. Then we keep it running, month after month.

One process

Start with the one that takes the most out of your week: bookings at reception, quotes that need chasing, the weekly order.

Built with you

We build the agent with the people who do the job today, inside the systems you already run.

Kept running

After it goes live we stay, running it and maintaining it month after month.

Proof is a before and an after.

01Delivery

  1. Before we build, we measure how the process runs today.
  2. Once it is live, we measure it again, the same way.
  3. Both numbers go into your written acceptance.

Hand a week over.

Each block is an hour this process takes by hand. Drag the line across the week.

Hours by hand

The reception of a physio clinic: taking bookings and moving them.

Case files

This is where client results are filed: the process handed over, the numbers before and after, and how long it has been running.

Files marked ‘to be added’ are placeholders, not client results.

How we work

What matters isn’t which framework we use. It’s whether each of these holds up when you ask.

02Architecture

Fixed steps where the path is known. An agent only where it isn’t.

For every step in your process, we can tell you why it runs as a fixed rule or why it needs an agent. Any loop an agent runs on its own has a stop condition, such as a maximum number of iterations.

  1. Request arrivesFixed step
  2. Look up the recordFixed step
  3. Work out a replyAgent Tries again, up to a set limit
  4. Send and logFixed step
An example path through one process: three fixed steps and one agent step that loops up to a set limit.

03Evaluation

If it got worse, it doesn’t ship.

  1. A test set built from your real data.

  2. Deterministic checks run first: the rules with a clear right answer.

  3. Then a model judge marks the rest, scaled up only once it agrees with human labels 75–90% of the time.

  4. Every change is retested before it ships: the regression run in CI.

  5. Failures in production go back into the test set.

04Observability

Every run leaves a trace.

Each run is recorded from start to finish: every step, what it cost and how long it took. We record it to the OpenTelemetry GenAI conventions, an open standard, so your records aren’t tied to one monitoring vendor.

  • Versioned releases
  • Staged rollout
  • Rollback
  • An agreed response time

05Security

Least privilege. Least autonomy.

An agent gets the narrowest access that does the job. Anything that arrives from outside, whether an email, a web page or a document, is treated as untrusted input. Every action and every tool call is logged.

Only you decide

  • Refunds and price changes
  • Anything that commits you to a contract

Needs your approval

  • Sending a quote
  • Changing a booking outside your rules

The agent decides

  • Looking up a record
  • Drafting a reply

06Integration

It works inside the systems you already run.

  • ERP
  • CRM
  • Email
  • Tickets

Your agent

Connectors, kept for reuse

Your ERP, CRM, email and ticketing connect to the agent. The connectors are kept for reuse.

We connect the agent to the ERP, CRM, email and ticketing you already use. Each connection we build is kept as a component the next project can switch on.

07Commercial

We sell it running, not just built.

  1. Acceptance criteria are written down before we build.
  2. Part of our fee is tied to the result.
  3. You pay for a service that keeps running, not a one-off build.

One process, five steps.

  1. Step one

    A demo call

Book a demo and we meet online, wherever you are in Australia. You walk us through the one process you’d hand over first. We show you how an agent would handle it, and which parts would stay with your people.

    You get

A quote for that one process.

  2. Step two

    Baseline and acceptance

Before we build anything, we measure how the process runs today. Then we write down the acceptance criteria: what the agent has to do, and how we’ll both check that it does.

    You get

A baseline, and acceptance criteria in writing.

  3. Step three

    Build, with you

We build the agent with the people who do the work now, inside the systems you already run. A test set made from your real data grows alongside it, so every change is checked before it ships.

    You get

An agent that works inside your systems and passes its tests.

  4. Step four

    Go live in stages

The agent starts on a small share of the real work and takes on more as it holds up. You decide which actions it may take on its own and which need your approval. Every release is versioned, and we can roll back at any point.

    You get

A live agent, and a way back.

  5. Step five

    Keep it running

Once it’s live we measure again, the same way, and both numbers go into the written acceptance. Then we keep it running month after month: every run traced, and every failure fed back into the tests.

    You get

The before and the after, in writing. And an agent that stays running.

One fee to build it.
One to keep it running.

The numbers depend on the process, so they come after the demo call. The shape is always this:

To build

One fee, once.

It covers the baseline, the build with your team, and going live in stages.

Go-live

To keep it running

One fee a month, for as long as it runs.

It covers running it, watching it, and fixing what breaks. Part of it is tied to the result we agreed on.

Eirlys is the Welsh word for snowdrop.

It’s the small white flower that comes up first, at the end of winter. We took the name because that is the kind of help we want to be: small, early and quietly useful.

Based in Sydney. We work online with small and medium businesses across Australia, so the calls happen wherever you are.
